Sunday Post

This weekend I had a Regatta up in Oakland, and to get there we took a 7 to 8 hour bus ride both ways. You can only imagine that music would be a great escape to this driving nightmare. Going up, I put on my headphones, chose some relaxing smooth jazz, pressed play, and let my mind wonder. I love listening to jazz. It really calms my mind and it lets me imagine all sorts of peaceful and wonderful things. I used to be a pianist, and I don't think I could ever create music of that magnitude. If only I new what was going on in the jazz musicians brain during a performance...and lo and behold I found this article. Here's the link, and feel free to check it out. Pretty interesting stuff.
